No wild or noisy parties of any kind. No bachelor/bachelorette/frat parties ever. The Blue Gable is in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors will call us and the hotline to report excessive noise. If a there is found to be a noisy event at The Blue Gable the guests will be asked to leave immediately.^*

Credit Cards require 5% fee of total charge (This does not include the damage deposit which is paid on a separate transaction.)^*

NON-refundable deposit of 25% due to confirm reservation. Balance due 60 days before check in or immediately if reservation is less than 60 days away.^*

Cancellation Policy: Private and/or Long-term Rental (21 or more days) Cancellation Policy: For private reservations and all long term reservations either private or through another source a 25% NON refundable deposit is required. Reservations will not be confirmed until non-refundable deposit is received and clears the bank. Balance is due 60 days prior to check-in or immediately if check in is less than 60 days away. Once the balance is paid, the balance is only refundable if we are able to rebook the reservation. The deposit is not refundable.^*

The Blue Gable is a charming, but very old home within the historic district, with entry steps, skinny hallways and two tight staircases. Therefore, it is NOT handicap accessible.^*
